Account & Registration

Registering on BetRupee is completely free and takes under two minutes. Go to betrupee.bet/register, enter your full name, a valid email address and your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and password, confirm you are 18 or older, accept the Terms and Conditions and click Create Account. A verification email will arrive within a few minutes — click the link inside and your account is fully active. After that, head to the Cashier to make your first deposit and claim your Welcome Bonus.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a BetRupee account. This applies to all products — cricket betting, PSL markets, casino games, Aviator, Teen Patti and crash games. BetRupee carries out age verification checks and may request your CNIC or passport at any time. Accounts confirmed to belong to someone under 18 are closed immediately and any balance is forfeited.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?" below the password field. Enter your registered email address and BetRupee will send you a secure reset link within a few minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or promotions folder. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support@betrupee.bet with your registered mobile number and CNIC details.

No. BetRupee strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts — under your own name or any other identity — is a direct violation of the Terms and Conditions and results in permanent closure of all associated accounts with balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the Forgot Password option or contact our support team rather than creating a new account.

No documents are needed to register. BetRupee performs KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first withdrawal or for larger transactions. You may be asked to upload one of the following:
  • Pakistani CNIC (front and back, clearly photographed)
  • Passport (photo page)
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
You can upload documents from Account Settings → Verification. The review process typically takes under four hours during business days.

To close your account, contact the BetRupee support team at support@betrupee.bet. Before requesting closure, ensure you have withdrawn any remaining balance. Alternatively, if you want to stop gambling for personal reasons, BetRupee's self-exclusion tool (available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming) permanently closes your account and removes you from all marketing. This is irreversible and is the recommended option for players who want to stop betting.

Yes. To update your registered email or mobile number, go to Account Settings → Personal Details on BetRupee. You will need to verify your identity before the change is confirmed — a verification code will be sent to your existing registered contact details. For security reasons, changes to critical account information may require document verification. If you have difficulty making changes yourself, contact support@betrupee.bet.

Deposits & Payments

BetRupee supports all major Pakistani payment channels:

All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no deposit fees.

The minimum deposit on BetRupee is Rs 500 for all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit specified for most methods, though individual bank or wallet providers may apply their own transaction limits. Your first deposit of Rs 500 or more also activates the 100% Welcome Bonus of up to Rs 50,000 — provided it is your first deposit on the account.

BetRupee does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send will be credited to your BetRupee PKR balance. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank etc.) may apply their own standard transaction charges — check with your provider if you are unsure. BetRupee has no control over third-party fees applied by payment providers.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically confirmed within a few seconds to two minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take between 15 minutes and a few hours depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared in your BetRupee balance within 2 hours of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider, contact our support team at support@betrupee.bet with your transaction reference number.

BetRupee accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all transactions are processed in PKR. If you are paying with an international Visa or Mastercard denominated in a foreign currency, your bank will convert the amount to PKR at their current exchange rate. BetRupee itself does not perform any currency conversion and does not apply an exchange rate markup.

First, check that your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet has sufficient balance and that you entered the correct account details. Also ensure your mobile number linked to your wallet matches the one registered on BetRupee. If the transaction was declined by your bank or card provider, contact them directly as the restriction is on their end. If you believe the payment went through but was not credited to your BetRupee account, contact support@betrupee.bet with the transaction reference number and timestamp.

Withdrawals

Log in to your BetRupee account and go to the Cashier → Withdraw section. Select your preferred withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank transfer), enter the amount and your wallet or account number, then confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank. Make sure your account has passed KYC verification before requesting your first withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal on BetRupee is Rs 500. There is no fee on withdrawals processed by BetRupee. Please note that only funds from your main (non-bonus) balance that have met all applicable wagering requirements are available for withdrawal. Bonus credit that has not yet been wagered the required number of times cannot be withdrawn.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours without being credited, contact BetRupee support at support@betrupee.bet with your withdrawal reference number. Common causes of delays include incomplete KYC verification, a pending review due to unusual account activity, or a temporary issue with your payment provider. BetRupee's support team will investigate and update you within a few hours.

Bonus funds on BetRupee are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, the Welcome Bonus has a 10× wagering requirement — if you received a Rs 5,000 bonus, you need to place Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Your current wagering progress is visible in Account Settings → Bonuses. Once the requirement is met, the converted amount moves to your main balance and can be withdrawn.

BetRupee does not apply any withdrawal fee. The full withdrawable amount requested is sent to your wallet or bank account. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own incoming transfer fee in some cases — check with your provider. BetRupee strongly recommends withdrawing to Easypaisa or JazzCash for the fastest and most cost-effective experience.

Cricket & Sports Betting

BetRupee focuses primarily on cricket, making it Pakistan's premier cricket betting platform. Available markets include Pakistan international matches (Tests, ODIs, T20Is), PSL fixtures, IPL, Big Bash, The Hundred and other major franchise leagues. Betting markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, total wickets, in-play ball-by-ball markets and many more. Yes — PSL live in-play betting is one of BetRupee's most popular features. During a PSL match, odds are updated ball by ball across dozens of markets including match winner, runs in the current over, next wicket method, player milestones and more. Live PSL odds are available from the moment the toss is announced until the final ball. You can access live betting from the In-Play section of the BetRupee sportsbook.

The minimum bet on BetRupee sportsbook markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event — higher-profile matches such as Pakistan vs India or PSL finals may have higher maximum stakes available. Limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager. BetRupee reserves the right to adjust bet limits on specific markets without prior notice.

If a match is abandoned before the required number of overs are completed for a result to be declared (per the official rules of the competition), BetRupee will void all pre-match bets and return stakes to your account. For in-play bets placed after a result has become mathematically determinable, the position is assessed individually. BetRupee displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward for Pakistani players. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a Rs 1,000 bet returns Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,500 profit plus your Rs 1,000 stake). You can switch between decimal, fractional and American odds formats in your account settings under Preferences. BetRupee recommends decimal odds for everyday cricket betting as they show the total return including stake.

Yes. BetRupee has a dedicated Live Cricket Score section that provides real-time score updates for all major cricket matches including Pakistan internationals, PSL, IPL and other top tournaments. Scores are updated ball by ball and include full scorecard details — batting, bowling figures and fall of wickets. The live score page is accessible without logging in, making it a useful resource for all Pakistan cricket fans.

Bonuses & Promotions

After registering and verifying your email, log in to BetRupee and make your first deposit of at least Rs 500 via any supported payment method. The 100% Welcome Bonus — up to Rs 50,000 — is credited to your account automatically. No promo code is required. The bonus must be wagered 10× before withdrawal and expires 30 days from the date it is credited. The bonus applies to cricket betting and designated casino games.

A 10× wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example: you deposit Rs 5,000 and receive a Rs 5,000 bonus. You must place Rs 50,000 (10 × Rs 5,000) in qualifying bets. Once done, the Rs 5,000 bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Note that only bets placed at odds of 1.50 (1/2) or higher on cricket and sports markets contribute to wagering. You can track your progress in Account Settings → Bonuses.

Yes. BetRupee regularly runs promotions for existing members including daily reload bonuses, free bets on featured cricket matches, PSL-specific offers during the tournament season, cashback on net losses and special event promotions. All current offers are listed in the Promotions tab of your account — visible only after logging in as offers are personalised based on your activity. New offers are added regularly so it is worth checking your Promotions tab every time you log in.

Once a bonus expires, it cannot be reinstated. BetRupee's bonus terms clearly state the expiry period — the Welcome Bonus expires 30 days after being credited. All active bonuses and their expiry dates are visible in Account Settings → Bonuses so you can track your progress. If you believe a bonus was not credited or expired earlier than it should have, contact support@betrupee.bet with your account details and the issue will be investigated.

During the registration process, you will see an optional "Promo / Referral Code" field on the account setup step. Enter any valid promo code before completing registration. Codes entered after account creation cannot be applied retroactively. If you are an existing member and received a specific promo code for a reload offer, enter it in the Promotions → Activate Code section of your account. Contact support if you have difficulty redeeming a code.

Casino & Games

Aviator is a crash-style game available on BetRupee where a multiplier starts at 1× and climbs upward. You place a bet before the round starts and then must click "Cash Out" before the plane flies away (crashes). The longer you wait, the higher the multiplier — but if the plane flies away before you cash out, you lose your stake. The crash point is determined by a provably fair random algorithm. Yes. BetRupee offers real-money Teen Patti tables where you bet in PKR against other players or the dealer. Multiple variants are available including Classic Teen Patti, Joker, AK47 and High/Low. The minimum bet per round varies by table — starting from as little as Rs 10 on entry-level tables. Teen Patti games run around the clock and are accessible immediately after logging in. All slot games available on BetRupee are supplied by licensed, regulated game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages vary by game but are typically between 94% and 97% for most titles. The RTP for each slot is displayed in the game information panel before you start playing. A higher RTP means a statistically better long-term return to the player over a large number of spins — but it does not guarantee wins in any single session.

BetRupee's Crash Games section includes a growing selection of multiplier crash titles beyond Aviator. The category is updated regularly with new titles from top providers. All crash games share the same core mechanic — a rising multiplier that you must cash out before it crashes. Each game has unique themes, visual styles and side-bet features. Demo mode is not available for live dealer games, Teen Patti tables or crash games like Aviator. To access demo mode, open any eligible slot from the BetRupee casino lobby and select "Play for Fun" if the option is displayed. Demo play uses virtual chips and winnings cannot be withdrawn — it is purely for practice and entertainment.

Security & Privacy

Log in to BetRupee, go to Account Settings → Security and toggle the 2FA option on. Confirm your registered Pakistani mobile number. A verification OTP will be sent to your phone to activate the feature. Once enabled, every future login will require both your password and a one-time code sent to your mobile. This prevents unauthorised access even if someone obtains your password. BetRupee strongly recommends enabling 2FA for all accounts.

BetRupee does not sell or share player personal data with third-party marketing companies. Your data is used solely to operate your account, process payments and comply with applicable legal obligations. BetRupee may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities as required. Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Confirm your request and your account will be permanently closed. Self-exclusion on BetRupee is irreversible — the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances. Before requesting self-exclusion, ensure you have withdrawn any remaining balance. BetRupee will also remove you from all marketing communications immediately upon self-exclusion.

Yes. BetRupee's cooling-off (temporary break) tool lets you pause betting for 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days without closing your account permanently. During a cooling-off period, you cannot make deposits or place bets but you can still view your account history and balance. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated. Access this from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cooling-Off Period.
