BetRupee Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Plain English

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of BetRupee, including all betting, gaming and financial services offered on the platform. By accessing the BetRupee website, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

BetRupee operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving Pakistani players. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and BetRupee. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

BetRupee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered members via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use BetRupee you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.

BetRupee takes age verification seriously. We may request official identification documents — including CNIC, passport or driving licence — at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Accounts opened by minors will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited. BetRupee will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in any investigation involving underage access to the platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on BetRupee. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or any other identity, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. BetRupee will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BetRupee immediately at support@betrupee.bet and change your password without delay.

BetRupee reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any time. During a KYC review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. This is a standard security measure and not a reflection of any wrongdoing on your part.

All transactions on BetRupee are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetRupee does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. All deposits, winnings and withdrawal amounts displayed in your account are in PKR.

BetRupee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction. Withdrawals for accounts with active bonus wagering requirements will be held until those requirements are fulfilled.

Deposits made through error or duplicate transactions should be reported to BetRupee support immediately. BetRupee will make reasonable efforts to reverse such transactions but cannot guarantee recovery where funds have already been wagered.

BetRupee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The general bonus terms below apply to all BetRupee promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

BetRupee promotions — real PKR bonuses with fair, transparent wagering requirements

Wagering requirements mean that before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must place wagers totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. BetRupee displays your current wagering progress in your account dashboard at all times.

All bets placed on BetRupee are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific rules are published separately and apply in addition to these general rules.

All casino and gaming products available on BetRupee — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, crash games and all other titles — are provided by licensed third-party software studios. Each game is governed by its own mathematical rules as set by the provider, including the Return to Player (RTP) percentage and volatility level.

Technical malfunctions during any casino game round — such as a disconnection, server error or display error — may result in a round being declared void. In these cases, stakes will be returned to your account. BetRupee will not award winnings based on a game outcome that cannot be fully verified due to a technical failure.

Free Spin awards and other bonus features triggered within casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game and the terms of any promotion through which they were awarded. Free Spins that expire unused are forfeit and will not be replaced or extended unless BetRupee states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

BetRupee is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

Where suspicious activity is identified, BetRupee reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account, request documentation and withhold pending withdrawals while an investigation is carried out. Players found to have violated fair play rules have no right of appeal against the forfeiture of their balance.

BetRupee takes the welfare of its players seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. All content on BetRupee — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software and the overall platform design — is the property of BetRupee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use BetRupee for your own personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from BetRupee without prior written authorisation from BetRupee.

Any unauthorised use of BetRupee's intellectual property may result in account suspension and may be subject to legal action. The BetRupee name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of BetRupee and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not BetRupee's, without written permission.

BetRupee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses. BetRupee's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

BetRupee is not liable for any losses arising from interruptions or errors in telecommunications or internet services, unauthorised access to your account where you have not followed reasonable security practices, or for the actions of third-party payment processors. You accept that all betting and gaming involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that you participate at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit BetRupee's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You may close your BetRupee account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your last verified payment method subject to identity verification. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

BetRupee reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

Where BetRupee closes an account for regulatory or fraud-related reasons, any balance held may be frozen pending investigation. BetRupee will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in such cases.

BetRupee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BetRupee will notify registered members by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms or changes to contact information — may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of BetRupee following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before they take effect.
